Engraving Options:

We offer bespoke and custom laser marking on all tablet computers, laptops and other similar products. We have the capabilities and experience to laser engrave whatever you want, from simple text messages to complete graphics.

Our i-Product engraving is affordable and simple to order... just fill in the enquiry form opposite and attach any artwork you wish to be engraved (don't worry if you're not sure about your artwork as our in-house studio can also advise to help design your perfect engraving) then one of our laser engraving team will respond shortly.

Option 1. Personal message... from £25 Choose up to three lines of text which will be engraved using the font Arial unless otherwise specified. The text will be sized dependent on the size of the product being engraved. Option 2. Graphic / logo... from £45 Supply a logo or small graphic along with any required text (e.g web address). Text will be engraved using the font Arial unless otherwise specified and logo/graphic will be sized accordingly.
Option 3. Full graphics... from £70 A pattern or image can cover the entire engravable space on your product. Graphics will be positioned accordingly to fit the space but please also allow for non engravable space, e.g apple logo and text area.

Delivery:

It is your responsibility to send us your item in the safest way possible. We recommend either courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the secure delivery of your product.

Please ensure you include your return address and your order number for verification. We will endeavour to return your item within 72 hours* of artwork approval. We use a secure courier service and someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery. The return delivery cost is included in the total price.

* We aim to return your engraved product within 72 hours, however times can vary due to unforeseen circumstances but you will be notified of any delays.

Insurance:

Please Note: The insurance only covers your product during delivery from Fine Cut Graphic Imaging Ltd, it ONLY covers your product from despatch from Fine Cut Graphic Imaging Ltd (once it's been engraved) to delivery at the specified address. It does not insure your product during transport to Fine Cut Graphic Imaging Ltd (it is your responsibility to arrange for suitable delivery to Fine Cut).

Returns:

We do not offer returns on engraved products.

We will not proceed with engraving the item until we receive signed approval from yourself - at which point you the customer takes full responsibility for any artwork errors. Please check your proof approval drawing carefully as Fine Cut Graphic Imaging Ltd can not be held responsible for any errors after we have received approval.

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the finished product please contact the Engraving Manager to discuss the issue as soon as possible.

Artwork Specifications:

Please supply all text/artwork in vector format as an .ai or .eps file format. Alternatively a high resolution (at least 300dpi) black and white .jpeg, .tiff or .psd file may be supplied.

If your artwork requires additional editing due to poor quality or inappropriate file format - Fine Cut reserves the right to charge you an additional artwork fee to amend the artwork file to production quality.

All text will be engraved using Arial font as standard unless another font is specified. All text/graphics will be sized and positioned according to the size of the product being engraved.

You will also receive an artwork approval which will show you a mock up of the design, size and positioning - which we require signed & approved before we proceed with engraving.

Payment:

You must pay for your purchase before we engrave your product.

You can pay by Credit/Debit card (through the Paypal invoice which you will recieve with your quote - no registration to Paypal required), BACS transfer or cheque (please note cleared funds must be received before product will be engraved).
