Our cutting processes encompass both traditional and high tech methods including;
- Die Cutting : wood based tools with metal ruled blades – cut using force. Used primarily for thinner sheet materials such as plastics.
- Digital Cutting : flat bed cutting stations equip with varying blades to perform different types of cutting. Used primary for sheet materials and thicker substrates such as composite materials.
- Routing : equip with varying heads – able to power through large areas and thick materials such as foam board, MDF and some metals.
- Laser : powered with gas, laser beams cut through a plethora of materials including metals such as brass and stainless steel.
