Our marking processes encompass both traditional and high tech methods including;

  • Embossing : in house male and female machined dies are used with force to create embossed details and patterns.  Used primarily for thinner sheet materials such as plastics.
  • Chemical Etching : an older but still incredibly popular method using chemicals to “etch” away an exposed pattern or design. Used on metals excluding aluminium.
  • General Engraving : used to create real depth to a substrate and achieving intricate detail on metals such as brass and stainless steel.
  • Laser : powered with fibre, laser beams produce pin point accuracy and a permanent mark onto almost any substrate. The most versatile marking process.
