Fine Cut offer a comprehensive range of graphic overlays suitable for any environment or application.
Graphic Overlays are usually produced from the more robust substrate materials such as engineering plastics, pvc, mark resist pvc, polycarbonates and polyesters, these offer such features as; secret-till-lit legends and icons, tinted filter display windows, key and feature embossing, interchangeable legends, die cut apertures, selective UV cured textures for chemical resistance and water clear or anti-glare LCD windows,RFI/ESD shielding using the latest ITO sputtering techniques.
Fine Cut offers the complete service including colour matching from the Pantone, BS and RAL ranges plus any special colour match required. Graphic overlays and fascia's can also be directly laminated to rigid support panels and we can supply panels manufactured from aluminium, steel, FR4 and pcb. These can be CNC machined to meet your specific requirements, complete with clinch studs, standoffs and any special fasteners fitted. They are also available anodised, alochromed, plated or painted to suit the material, then overlaminated with an overlay or simply screen printed in any number of colours. |
