“We look to employ the best people and give them the best equipment to do the job.”
Interviewing Peter Tyler on the evolution of Fine Cut Group and his journey over the last 40 years as Managing Director.

An Interview with Peter Tyler

Fine Cut celebrates 40 years since its inception in 1982.

In this interview we learn about the journey since the founding of Fine Cut, and why quality became the foundation on which the company was built.

Fine Cut has undergone several name changes and rebrands over the years, each reflecting further growth and a new era of focus for the company. It is home to multiple brands including P&S Engraving, Attach A Tag, Orbit Print, Dragonfly Rally and finally the Fine Cut online label shop

The acquisition and formation of these standalone brands within the group has enabled each to thrive in their own market place without diluting the focus of Fine Cut’s core offering of Industrial Graphics.

My advice for new businesses? Always be on the lookout for new opportunities, grasp them with both hands. It’s better to have tried and failed, than to not have tried at all.
