The drastic numbers of those needing these life saving machines is on the increase daily, and many commendable manufacturers have joined forces in producing thousands more across the world.
Fine Cut Group have over 35 years industry experience – the hospital and medical sector being a core part of the business. We continue to support the supply chain of those in the Medical, Biopharma and Food industries with much needed labels and overlays. We are incredibly grateful to be able to do our bit for the NHS and Medical industry in times of need and during this fight against the Coronavirus.

Graphic overlays, front panels and faceplates from our comprehensive range will give any product a uniquely durable and professional finish. We utilise a wide range of materials and adhesives to produce high quality, highly functional and aesthetic graphic overlays for virtually any application and any environment.
Our sheet materials are only sourced from market leading suppliers such as GE, MacDermid Autotype and Sabic and we only use reputable adhesive suppliers such as 3M, Tecman, Raflatac and Flexcon to ensure our customers receive the best quality.
Overlays can be surface or sub-surface printed using UV resistant inks ensuring an incredibly robust and durable product. Hard coated materials add durability and materials with Anti-microbial properties ensure these overlays are suitable for use within hospitals, specifically ventilator keypads.
Our manufacturing facilities are equip with state of the art digital print presses, which give us total control over colour management and print quality, combined with traditional screen printing for complete opacity. Our in house embossing capabilities allow rim, dome and pillow embossed keys – with either tactile or non tactile response.
We have a range of surface finishes available including; Gloss, Matt, Satin, Velvet, Spot Varnish and Textured. With the additions of clear or secret till lit display windows, fully integrated LEDs as well as IP rated parts to negate the ingress of dust and water.
For us, quality is key – we have a CMM measuring station for producing FAIR reports, a stringent QC department and a dedicated testing station where all our manufactured parts are thoroughly tested prior to despatch with full traceability records. Fine Cut are a UL approved supplier and are ISO9001 approved.
We can supply rapid samples or long production runs in quick turnaround times for any product required, all under one roof here in the UK.
