The latest addition of precision laser cutting with optical registration, coupled with a huge increase in demand, has enabled laser marking and cutting to become a core part of our thriving business. A dedicated laser suite now houses nine state of the art machines, capable of precision cutting and laser marking almost any material.
The diversity and flexibility of laser marking makes it ideal for branding, personalisation, identification and any other application which requires a highly detailed and permanent mark. Laser marking not only offers durability and precision detail, but the option for serialisation, barcodes, QR codes and other variable data, perfect for nameplates and free issue parts.
Our experienced team of laser technicians have many years applying this process to a large variety of materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass, wood, laser laminates, some plastics and plenty of customer supplied free issue parts.
We also offer rotary laser marking, catering for the marking of cylindrical objects such as tubes and bottles and any other items which require a permanent 360° mark.
For cutting requirements, we house two types of laser cutting machines; firstly, one for cutting materials such as acrylic, wood and laminate and another which is used for precision laser cutting of metals such as aluminium, stainless steel, brass and copper. This machine is capable of achieving incredible accuracy and fine detail on a range of thicknesses and finishes.
The combination of both processes allows for a part to be cut and durably marked with an impeccable finish which can be used for many applications across a range of industries including hospitality, aerospace and defence, automotive, electronics, manufacturing and all the weird and wonderful projects in between.
