Fine Cut Around The World

Fine Cut were chosen by Ricardo of Shoreham-by-Sea to manufacture a Baton which would travel around the world with the teams as part of the 'Ricardo 100 Global Challenge'.
It took just 2 weeks to go from a billet of aluminium to a fully finished part, incorporating many different processes including 5-Axis Machining, CNC machining, Laser Engraving.
The baton was shot blasted and anodised in a dark graphite grey before being hand polished to achieve the two tone effect, laser marked with the world map and finally finished with a protective clear lacquer and infilled blue enamel line.
