Case Studies
The first of many ‘touchless’ water fountains have been installed as a permanent feature outside South Kensington tube station, London.
Designed by Michael Anastassiades for the London Fountain Company, the bronze sculpted water fountain has been designed for refilling bottles as well as drinking, from in a bid to reduce the dependence on single use plastic.
Fine Cut were approached by the London Fountain Company to engrave the bronze water fountain with the South Kensington Estates logo for its unveiling at the London Design Festival. The fountain is the first of many to come and future designs will feature wall mounted versions and park editions made from a range of different materials including stone and cast iron. Fine Cut look forward to working with the London Fountain Company in the very near future to and contribute their efforts the battle against single use plastic.
