Lancing is located approximately 60 miles south of London, enjoying excellent road communications to Brighton, London and the South, via the A27, A23 and A24. Travelling south on Western Road from A27 Cross over railway bridge then Turn real 1st left (triangle of grass at junction), then take 1st right (Marlborough Road), then take 1st left (Chartwell Road ) and Fine Cut is on the right hand side after Car Auction
By Train:
There is a regular rail service to and from both London's Victoria and London Bridge stations, via East Croydon, where connections to the North and West can be made. There is a regular rail service to and from Brighton and Worthing stations to the east and west for onward stations.
