Fine Cuts dedication to Quality

Friday, 14 August 2009

At Fine Cut we strive towards the highest quality of work possible within the industry. From labels to advanced engineering, engraving to brass type, we take pride in our craftsmanship.

Quality assurance is a major part of day to day activities at Fine Cut. At every stage of production a sign off procedure is in place for the inspection of quality:
1. Production
2. Finishing
3. Despatch

Any non-conforming goods at any of these stages and the goods will not leave the premises. At this point goods will undergo a quarantine procedure. The same applies to goods received. Any non-conforming parts will be quarantined before entering production.

With a new packing and despatch area in place at goods in, all couriers and delivery drivers can drop parcels off with ease, and conforms to the new lean manufacturing techniques being implemented within Fine Cut which in turn benefits both production and staff by making the factory a safer, more efficient place of work.

Fine Cut are very proud of quality and have achieved ISO 9001 accreditation, have implemented lean manufacturing techniques and quality control procedures which means every employee is proud of the quality we achieve, right down to the last label on a roll or the last bolt in a tool.
