With over 20 years experience in the production of cast aluminium and machine from solid mould tools, Fine Cut provides a complete and specialised service from initial CAD design to the final finished product.
Fine Cut tools are crafted from the highest quality fine sand castings which are hand finished to produce a tool which ensures the mould is free of superficial defects and porosities.
Tooling can be produced from your existing patterns or in our own pattern shop from CAD/CAM files, models or patterns.
Tools can be mounted on steel carrying frames or bolsters to suit any machine requirement.
