I just wanted to say thank you for the help recently given to us by your Company.
We had some products with you for engraving last week when I believe you had a breakdown on the engraving machine. This meant that the delivery of the items was delayed and we were told that it would be mid this week before we could expect them.
This gave us quite a problem as we were due to ship £100k's worth of systems to our customer on Monday last and we needed the parts for them. I telephoned Colin and explained the situation and he said he would do his best to get sufficient parts to us by Monday. In fact we received sufficient parts on Friday last which enabled us to get the systems finished in plenty of time.
The effort put in by Colin and all of your team to get over the problem and ensure we could meet out commitments is very much appreciated.
